ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to issue legal heir certificate in name of the petitioner's grand daughter namely Thanshika.

2. By consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3. Heard the learned counsel on both sides and carefully perused the entire materials available on record.

4. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner's application has already been rejected on 23.11.2024 on the objections raised by one of the third parties namely, Balasubramanian. 2/4

5. Recording the same, this Writ Petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said rejection order dated 23.11.2024. There shall be no order as to costs.
