Prayer : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023, to direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents not to interfere the petitioner in the guise of enquiry by interfering with the subject matter purely Civil in nature and decided in O.S. No.69 of 2024 pending on the file of the District Munsif Court, Sivagiri, Tenkasi District and not to harass the petitioner and his family members. 1/4

ORDER

The petitioner seeks for a direction to the second and third respondents not to harass him under the guise of enquiry since the Civil Court has already ceased off the matter.

2. The learned Government Advocate, on instructions, would submit that a CSR was pending on the complaint given by the fourth respondent and hence, the petitioner was called for enquiry. He would further submit that the respondent Police have now closed the CSR as the allegation discloses a civil dispute.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission, the apprehension expressed by the petitioner no longer exists. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed. 02.09.2025 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes/ No Lm 2/4
