The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the criminal original petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this criminal original petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
3. It is seen that the case in C.C.No.116 of 2012 is pending from the year 2012. Hence, the trial Court is directed to expeditiously complete the trial, provided, the accused cooperate in the conduct of the trial by engaging counsels and cross examining the prosecution witnesses immediately after their examination in chief and complete the trial within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
