2.Since batta was not paid and the order of this Court dated 01.10.2024 was not complied with, the said C.M.P(MD)No.12998 of 2024 was dismissed for default for non-compliance of the order of this Court. 3.Heard the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the petitioners.

4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered and the petitioners are directed to pay batta within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition will be dismissed automatically without any further reference to this Court.
