2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the basis of the First Information report in Crime No.583 of 2023, investigation is completed and Final Report is made ready.

3. Recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, there shall be direction to the first respondent to file the above said Final Report before the jurisdictional trial Court within a period of one week from the date of receipt of copy of this order. After getting copy of the above said Final Report, the petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings, if he is aggrieved over the contents of the the above said Final Report. 2/4

4. With the above said direction and liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
