PRAGALATHAN.N, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SANJAI GANDHI, Government Advocate (Crimal Side)on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.8718 of 2022 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.10127 of 2022, dated 28.07.2022.

2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission and the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.8718 of 2022 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.10127 of 2022, dated 28.07.2022, is relaxed in toto.
