PRAYER:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 2 to 4 to submit report to the first respondent based on the proceedings issued by him in Na.Ka.E.3337193/2025/T2 dated 20.05.2025 and thereby to pass orders it by the first respondent within the time limit stipulated by this Court and till such time the order passed by the third respondent in Na.Ka.480/2024/A5 dated 01.09.2025 be kept in abeyance. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to file a revision before the Revisional Authority. He had also made an endorsement to this effect. 2.In light of the endorsement made, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file a revision 2/5

and stay application. If filed, within a period of one week from today, the same shall be taken on file by the Revisional Authority without reference to limitation, but ensuring compliance with all other statutory conditions, if any.

3.The petitioner seeks to take advantage of the fact that a representation was made by a family member, proposing an exchange of the land in question with alternate land, which he states, has been encroached by the State. That proposal has been forwarded to the higher authorities. In our mind, this would prima facie establish the element of encroachment by the petitioner herself.
