C.R.P.(MD) No.3161 of 2024 M.DHANDAPANI , J.

By order dated 17.12.2024, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the case in HMOP No.1053 of23 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

2. The Court below has submitted a letter, in D.No.1181/2025, dated 04.08.2025, whereby and whereunder stating some reasons, it requested further six months time to comply with the order dated 17.12.2024, made in this Civil Revision Petition.

3. Considering the reasons stated by the Court below for extension of time, six months time is extended from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the order dated 17.12.2024.
