This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus to direct the 2nd respondent to issue the Work Site Visit Certificate to participate in Sl.No. 21 construction of 8 Additional Class Rooms building in Government Boys Higher Secondary School at Kothamangalam in Pudukkottai District under NABARD RIDF XXXI of the e-Tender Notice Number 31/2025-2026/SE/Buildings (C & M) Circle/Thanjavur -1 Dated 01.09.2025.
