ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence under Sections 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(2) IPC in crime No.Not Known of 2022, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would submit that the petitioner is an accused in Crime No.798 of 2022 for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 323, 324 and 506(2) IPC, that the victim is still in hospital and that the petitioner has also got two previous cases of similar in nature.
