ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the second respondent to issue the Work Site Visit Certificate to enable him to participate in Sl. No. 20 - "Construction of 8 Additional Classrooms in the Government Girls Higher Secondary School at Illuppur, Pudukkottai District," under NABARD RIDF XXXI, pursuant to Tender Notice No. 31/2025-2026/SE/Buildings (C and M) Circle/Thanjavur-1 dated 01.09.2025, issued by the 1st respondent.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the Work Site Visit Certificate would be issued tomorrow, i.e., on 19.09.2025.
