Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a writ of Certiorari calling for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the second respondent Director, in Na.Ka.No.028490/E1/2024, dated 17.06.2025, and the consequential order passed by the fourth respondent the Block Educational Officer in Na.Ka.No.1156/A2/2025, dated 09.07.2025, quash the same.

O R D E R
This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned orders cancelling the incentive increments, which are already granted to the petitioner and ordered to recover the incentives which are paid and also to revise the scale of pay for acquiring additional degree.

This Court had reserved orders in these matters and came to the knowledge of this Court that in a subsequent proceedings, a learned Single Judge of this Court in a batch of writ petitions, have issued orders setting aside the identical orders passed by the Educaitonal Authorities at Maiyladurai and other places.

3. This Court is of the view that the said order would be squarely applicable to the facts of the present case and in such view of the matter, this writ petition is allowed by setting aside the impugned orders in this writ petition.
4. However, the learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that as against the order of the learned Single Judge of this Court, a Writ Appeal has also been preferred and an interim order has also been granted.
5. It is noted that the learned Single Judge of this Court in W.P(MD).No.24235 of 2025, etc., batch dated 23.10.2025 had followed the order of the Honourable Division Bench of this Court in coming at the said conclusion.
6. In view of the same, the contention of the learned Additional Government Pleader cannot be considered.

7. In fine, the writ petition stands allowed and the impugned orders are set aside. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 19.11.2025 NCC:yes/no Index:yes/no Internet:yes/no Sn To:
