Challenging the order passed by the Family Court, Thoothukudi in M.C.No.65 of 2020, dated 19.07.2024, this criminal revision case has been filed.

When the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner placed before me the order of Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in C.M.A(MD)No.1565 of 2024, dated 21.02.2025, in which the petitioner herein, in a matrimonial matter, has arrived at a compromise, as a result of which, the marriage between the petitioner and the 1st respondent was also dissolved and the 1st respondent had agreed on receiving an amount of Rs.6,75,000/- towards arrears of maintenance and had agreed for a future maintenance of Rs.9,000/- per month and the petitioner had also expressed his bona fide by undertaking to pay the same every month and the same is duly complied.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Revision Case is disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 01.08.2025 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No gbg 2/4
