ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of Writ of Mandamus directing respondent Nos.1 and 2 to take action on the complaint given by the petitioners.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for respondent Nos.1 and 2 submitted that the enquiry was conducted and the same was closed by the second respondent Police on 09.10.2023

3. Recording the above said submission, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. If the petitioners are aggrieved, it is left open to the petitioners to work out their remedy in the manner known to law.
