ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to file a final report in Crime No.66 of 2023 within a time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that in this case FIR was registered on 14.11.2023, there are 6 accused, 8 witnesses were examined and awaiting for wound certificationand mobile phone' tower location and final report will be filed within a period of three months.

4. Recording the above said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to file the final report in Crime.No.66 of 2023 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
