When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Standing counsel produced a copy of the communication dated 02.01.2023 issued by the Superintending Engineer, Tuticorin Electricity Distribution Circle, stating that the impugned communication has been withdrawn and the revised bill for the month of November 2022 has been issued to the writ petitioner and that he has also paid CC charges of Rs.81,06,220/-.

3. In view of the said communication, nothing survives for further adjudication. This writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
