ORDER
This petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 not to harass the petitioner and his family members in connection with the complaint made by the third respondent on the file of the second respondent Police under the guise of enquiry. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the issue between the petitioner and second respondent over the construction of the house in the property, which belongs to the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent, enquiry was undertaken. During the course of enquiry, both sides appeared. Finding that the issue between the contractor and the property owner, they were advised to work out their remedy through appropriate civil process. That was accepted by them and gave statement also. With the above said advise, the enquiry was closed.

4.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), nothing survives for further consideration in this petition.
5.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
