Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s.S. MAYA PERUMAL, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/s.A.ALBERT JAMES, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in paragraph No.

(b), wherein, the petitioner was directed to report before the Inspector of Police, Fort Police Station, Trichy daily at 10.30a.m., and 05.30p.m., until further orders. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition for 10 days. 3.Taking into consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that the petitioner has complied with the condition, the aforesaid condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30a.m., until further orders. 4.Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
