This Civil Revision Petition is filed as against the order passed by the learned Principal District Munsif, Vedasandur in I.A.No. 365 of 2021 in O.S.No.236 of 2014, dated 25.11.2022. 2.Today(23.12.2022), when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he also made an endorsement to that effect.
