Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the entire records pertaining for the order issued by the 3rd respondent Na.Ka.No.21/2024 dated 06.04.2024 and quash the same and direct the 1st respondent to Ratify the permission granted by the 3rd respondent for M.Phil degree of petitioner and consequentially direct the respondents continue to award incentive increment for M.Phil decree with effect from the date of passing of said decree to the petitioner. ORDER :- This Civil Miscellaneous Petition coming on for hearing on this day under the caption "AFTER NOTICE CASES" - TO CONDONE DELAY OF 180 DAYS IN FILING THE WRIT APPEAL "upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon perusing the order dated 26.04.

2024 in WP(MD) No.10253 of 2024 and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.J.Ashok, Additional Government Pleader for the Petitioners, and this Court condoned the delay on payment of Rs.1000/- (Rupees One Thousand Only) to the High Court Legal Services Committee attached to this Bench forthwith on receipt of a copy of this order, failing, which this petition will be dismissed automatically without any further reference to this Court, as condition precedent and the said advocate not having complied with the said direction of this Court, it is ordered that this Civil Miscellaneous Petition do stand dismissed.
