ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to quash the charge sheet in C.C.No.409 of 2016, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Srivaikundam, Thoothukudi District. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that it would be suffice, if the trial Court is directed to complete the trial within a time stipulated by this Court. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the case is pending from the year 2016 and taking note of the limited prayer sought for, the trial Court is directed to complete the trial as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of three months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
