This petition is filed to call for the records relating to the FIR in Crime No.46 of 2013 on the file of the 1st respondent police and quash the same.

2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that the first respondent, after completing the investigation, filed a charge sheet in C.C.No.14 of 2014 before the Judicial Magistrate, Valliyoor, on 23.03.2013 and it was not taken on file.
