This writ petition has been filed seeking a mandamus to direct the 2nd respondent to issue the Work Site Visit Certificate to participate in Sl.No.10 Construction of 5 Additional Class Rooms Building in Government Higher Secondary School at Arimalam in Pudukkottai District under NABARD RIDF XXXI and Sl.No.2 Construction of 3 Additional Class rooms 1 Science Lab and Boys Toilet 1 No in Government Higher Secondary School at Silattur in Pudukkottai District Science under NABARD RIDF XXXI of the e-Tender Notice Number 31/2025-2026/SE/Buildings (C&M) Circle/Thanjavur-1 dated 01.09.2025 issued by the 1st respondent.

2. Mrs.D.Farjana Ghoushia, learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2 on instructions would submit that the work site visit certificate will be issued to the petitioner by tomorrow evening, i.e., on 19.09.2025.
