This petition has been filed to call for the records relating to STC No.334 of 2011 on the file of the Fast Track Court, Magisterial Level, Theni and to quash the said proceedings as against the petitioner herein.

2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, on perusal of case bundles, it shows that based on the request made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this case has been listed on 02.03.2018 and 08.03.2018, as finally, respectively.

3.Today, When the matter is taken up for hearing, even after knowing the fact that this case has been posted as finally, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner either in person or through his counsel. In such circumstances, the attitude of the petitioner shows that he is not having any interest in proceeding the case. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed for default. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
