RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition imposed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl OP(MD) No.21983/2022 dt.13.12.2022 and modify the condition to direct the petitioner appear before some other police station at Madurai on 10.30 a.m instead of appearing before the Inspector of Police, Samayanallur Police Station, Madurai District daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.JINNAH.S.M.A, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SANJAI GANDHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.21983 of 2022, dated 13.12.2022. 2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that in due compliance of the order passed by this Court, the petitioner had appeared before the respondent Police on 21.12.2022, whereas, he was illegally detained by one Manoharan, who is working as a Writer in the respondent Police and in respect of the same, the petitioner has also made a complaint to the Superintendent of Police Madurai on the same day, thereby, he seeks modification of the condition to appear before some other Police Station.

CRL MP(MD) No.16489 of 2022 3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.21983 of 2022, dated 13.12.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Vadipatti Police Station on all Monday and Friday of every English Calender month at 10.30 am until further orders. 4.With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
