ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to provide adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner by considering the petitioner's complaint dated 11.10.2022.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was conducted and at that time, the petitioner has given a statement dated 29.09.2022 to the second respondent stating that he will approach the competent civil Court and as such, no further action is necessary, but subsequently, he has preferred another complaint dated 11.10.2022 and the same is pending.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 11.10.2022 and take necessary 2/4

action within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
