ORDER

This petition has been filed against the Docket order dated 20.09.2023 in unnumbered S.R.No.9713 in I.D.O.P. of 2023 and to number the main petition on the file of the District and Sessions Judge, Tiruchirappalli.

2.The above said IDOP was presented by the petitioner before the Principal District Judge, Tiruchirappalli and it came to be returned periodically stating that the Marriage Certificate was not produced. 3.The grievance of the petitioner is that when the respondent left the matrimonial home, she took away the original Marriage Certificate. Therefore, he applied for copy of the same. It appears that it will take some time. The marriage was not disputed by the respondent. On that ground, this revision petition has been filed. 4.Let a proper affidavit be filed by the petitioner before the learned Principal District Judge, Tiruchirappalli, stating that the Marriage is not disputed by the respondent and he is ready to produce copy of the Marriage Certificate before the trial Court immediately after receipt of the same.

Let the above said affidavit be filed within a period of ten days along with main petition. Since it has been stated that the marriage was not disputed by the respondent, there shall be a direction to the learned Principal District Judge, Tiruchirappalli, to accept the affidavit to be filed by the petitioner and proceed the case further.

be returned to the petitioner by the Registry for representation of the same before the learned Principal District Judge. 5.With the above said direction, this petition stands allowed. No costs.
