This Writ Petition is filed in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, to call for the entire records connected with the Impugned Order passed by the Respondent No.3 dated NIL and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondent no.1 to 3 to grant permission and to 2/5

provide necessary protection to conduct Kudamulukku Festival from 17.11.2023 to 19.11.2023 and 08.12.2023 or any other appropriate dates in Arulmigu Sri Vaduvuchi Amman Temple at Namburanpatti Village, Gandharvakottai Taluk, Pudukkottai District in accordance with law.

2. It is seen that originally the petition was presented on 09.11.2023, but it was returned on 05.12.2023. In the meantime, Kumbabishekam was celebrated in pursuance of the peace committee meeting in which the petitioner has also participated.

3. In view of the above submission, the matter has become infructuous. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 07.12.2023 NCC :Yes/No Index :Yes/No Internet : Yes/ No pnn 3/5
