This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, seeking a direction to the sixth to eighth respondents to return the articles seized (description detailed supra as item No.1 to 33) to the petitioner forthwith.

2.Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the State.

3.Learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has filed a counter affidavit.

4. A reading of the counter affidavit informs of due conduct of petition enquiry on the complaint of the petitioner and closure of the matter on finding the complaint to be false.
