No. 05/2022 in O.S. No. 454 of 2015 on the file of the Sub Court, Tuticorin, Tuticorin District.

ORDER : This Civil Revision Petition coming for hearing on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and the earlier order dated 30.01.2023 passed by this court and the requisition letter submitted by the Subordinate Judge, Thoothukudi vide letter in D.No.817 of 2023, dated 11.10.2023, this court made the following order:- This matter is listed today under the caption for 'extension of time'.

2. It is seen from the records that this Court vide order, dated 30.01.2023, directed the learned Sub Judge, Tuticorin, to dispose the suit in O.S.No.454 of 2015, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of that order. The learned Subordinate Judge, has submitted a requisition, dated 11.10.2023, stating that the case is pending for arguments and seeks further two months time.

3. Considering the reasons assigned, this Court is inclined to grant two months time to dispose of the suit.

4. Accordingly, the learned Subordinate Judge, Thuticorin, is hereby directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.454 of 2015, within a period of two months from today.
