By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
2.The limited prayer sought for in the present writ petition is for a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner, dated 05.06.2025 in Appeal ID APPLSRC202515117 in the light of the decisions taken by the 1st respondent in the 67th (Emergent) General Body Meeting held on
28.07.2025 and the letter of undertaking submitted by the petitioner-institute dated 22.08.2025.
3. In view of the same, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the first respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner, dated 05.06.2025 in the light of the decisions taken by the 1st respondent in the 67th (Emergent) General Body Meeting held on 28.07.2025, as expeditiously as possible, in any event, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
