ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners / Accused, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent Police, for the offences under Section 316(2) and 318(4) of BNS, 2023 in Crime No. not known of 2024, on the file of the respondent Police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions from the respondent Police, submitted that the petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.1050 of 2024, dated 25.11.2024, against these petitioners.

3. The learned Counsel for the petitioners submitted that the respondent police is harassing the petitioners under the guise of enquiry.

Considering the facts and circumstances, the respondent police is directed to conduct the enquiry and if any prima facie case is made out against these petitioners, register the F.I.R or close the petition enquiry within a period of two weeks from today and report before this Court on 13.12.2024. 2/3
