ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to the respondents 4 and 5 is dispensed with.

2.The petitioner has filed an appeal before the first respondent questioning the order passed by the second respondent. All that the petitioner wants is disposal of the said appeal.

3.No exception can be taken to the said request. The first respondent is directed to dispose of the petition mentioned appeal on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of 2/4

a copy of this order. The first respondent shall put the interested persons on notice before passing the final order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is open to the first respondent to pass order one way or the other.
