PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India to issue a writ of mandamus directing the second respondent to conduct survey and earmark the petitioner's land in R.S.No.2/2C situated at Plot No.4, Karrupillaiyendhal Village, Madurai East Taluk, Madurai District to an extent of 5 cents 288 square feet within the time frame stipuated by this Court.

ORDER

This Writ Petition was filed for issuance of writ of mandamus directing the second respondent to conduct survey and earmark the petitioner's land in R.S.No.2/2C situated at Plot No.4, Karrupillaiyendhal 1/3

Village, Madurai East Taluk, Madurai District, to an extent of 5 cents 288 square feet within the time frame stipulated by this Court.

2. After hearing both parties, the Writ Petition was allowed by this Court on 29.11.2024. Thereafter, WMP(MD)No.13336 of 2025 was filed by a third party to recall the said order. This Court, on hearing both sides and after providing sufficient opportunity to both parties, passed a detailed order in the said miscellaneous petition on 02.02.2026 recalling the order dated 29.11.2024 passed in W.P(MD)No.28544 of 2024.
