ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.171 of 2023 on the file of the 1st Respondent Police. 2.The contention of the petitioners is that based on the complaint lodged by the 2nd respondent, the 1st respondent registered the First Information Report in Crime No.171 of 2023 for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 147, 323, 324, 506(ii) and 341 of IPC. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that there is case in counter cases. In both cases the investigation has been completed and final report is also made ready. Within a short time it will be filed before the concerned Court.

4.In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor there shall be a direction to the respondent police to 2/4

file the final report before the concerned Court in both cases. So that the petitioner can workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings, if so aggrieved by the contents of the final report. 5.Accordingly, this criminal original petition stands dismissed as infructuous with the above said directions. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
