ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by DR.ANITA SUMANTH, J.) Read this order in continuation of and in conjunction with earlier orders.
2. It appears that though the Joint Action Committee has been constituted with the following members, (i) Advocate General (ii) Additional Solicitor General (iii) Chairman, Bar Council of Tamilnadu and Puducherry, (iv) Vice Chairman, Bar Council of India (v) Public Prosecutor, Chennai, and (vi) Additional Advocate General, Chennai and Madurai, no meeting has been convened thus far.
3. As the prayer of the petitioner stands achieved by this order, this writ petition is closed, directing that the Joint Action Committee may 3/6
convene necessary meetings, formulate a report in respect of the remit given to them and submit the same to the State for necessary action. We suggest that this process may be completed within six weeks from today. Connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
