O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed in the nature of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents herein to dispose the petitioners complaint dated 06.04.2023 within a period that may be stipulated by this Honourable Court.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the basis of the complaint lodged by the petitioner FIR has been registered in Crime No.343 of 2023 for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 380A, 364 and 506(ii) of IPC against Marimuthu, Mohan and two others. Hence, the matter become infructuous.

3.In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. 21.11.2023 NCC :Yes/No Index :Yes/No Internet : Yes/ No TM 2/4
