O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Sattur, to dispose the case in C.C.No.53 of 2022 pending on the file of the Learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Sattur, within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that considering the oldness of the matter, the trial Court may be directed to expedite the above said trial process within the time stipulated by this Court.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that totally 64 witnesses are there and more than Rs.1,00,00,000/- is also involved in this case. So, it will take a year to dispose the same.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), there shall be direction to the Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Sattur, to dispose the case in C.C.No.53 of 2022, within a period of nine (9) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition is 2/4
