ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The property in question stood in the name of the petitioner's mother. She had executed a settlement deed in favour of her children. Subsequently, the petitioner and his sibling have entered into a deed of partition on 30.09.2015. The petitioner seeks issuance of separate patta on the strength of the partition deed.

3. The third respondent is directed to pass order on the petitioner's application on merits and in accordance with law and after notice to the petitioner's brother and other interested persons if any. This exercise shall be completed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
