ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.345 of 2021, dated 22.04.2021, on the file of the Inspector of Police, Avaniyapuram Police Station, Madurai City. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the first respondent has completed the investigation and laid a final report before the POCSO Court, Madurai and the same was taken on file as S.C.No.162 of 2022. 3.Recording the said submission, this criminal original petition is disposed of. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the charge sheet, if so advised.
