ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry especially in civil dispute.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by one Gomathisankar, FIR in Crime No.190 of 2022 came to be registered, for the offences under Sections 294(b), 427, 506(2) IPC, against the petitioner and the investigation is pending. He would further submit that subsequently, one Ranjeetham and some others have preferred a complaint against the petitioner and the petitioner has also preferred a complaint against them and that after considering the nature of the dispute between the parties, the case was referred to the Tahsildar, Kadaiyanallur and the same is pending. 2/4

3.Recording the said submission, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
