ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner / sole accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offence under Sections 294(b), 307 and 506(ii) of IPC in S.C. No. 62 of 2024 on the file of the learned Assistant Sessions Judge (Sub Court), Sivagangai, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The petitioner is arrayed as sole accused person in S.C. No. 62 of 2024 on the file of the learned Assistant Sessions Judge (Sub Court) Sivagangai, for the offence under Sections 294(b), 307 and 506(ii) of IPC.

3. The petitioner is absent during the trial in S.C.No.62 of 2024 on the file of the Assistant Sessions Court (Sub Court) Sivagangai. Therefore non bailable warrant came to be issued on 03.10.2024.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner undertakes that the petitioner shall appear before the Court below regularly on all future hearing dates without fail.

Considering the undertaking given by the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Assistant Sessions Court (Sub Court) Sivagangai, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and file a petition to recall the NBW issued against him. The concerned Magistrate is directed to consider the same on merits and pass orders on the same day.
