ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s. B.Santhanam Rajesh Kumar, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr. S.Manikandan, Government Advocate for the respondent, this Court made the following order:

This petition has been filed to extend the time to deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand only) as directed by this Court in Crl.R.C(MD). No.787 of 2023 dated 11.10.2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed and the time granted to deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand only) is extended by one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
