ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition filed, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders, to call for the records relating to the summon in Na.Ka.No.1020/A4, dated 15.12.2022, quash the same as illegal as against the petitioner.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents.
3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that in pursuance of summons issued by the first respondent, the petitioner has appeared on 20.12.2022 and after enquiry, the first respondent closed the case as against the present petitioner. 2/4
4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
