ORDER

The Petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the third respondent to complete the speedy enquiry on the complaint of the petitioner in CSR No.377 of 2024 dated 12.11.2024 and to take necessary action in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint of the petitioner, First Information Report has been registered in Crime No.204 of 2024 for the offences under Sections 294(b),351(2) of BNS and Section3(1)(r), 3(1)(s) of SC/AT(PoA) Act on 01.12.2024.

3. Recording the same, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
