RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed upon the Petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.19123/2022 dated 28.10.2022 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30.a.m. until further orders and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. SUSI KUMAR.C, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Govt. Advocate (CRL Side) for Respondent the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.19123 of 2022, dated 28.10.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the said submissions and nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.19123 of 2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioner No.1 shall report before the respondent police once in a month i.e., on first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders and the conditions imposed against the petitioners 2 to 4 are relaxed in toto.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
