RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed to the Petitioner Accused No.1 to 6 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.20588 of 2022 dated 21.11.2022 for the offences U/s.147,148,294(b),427,435 and 506(ii) of IPC on the file of the Respondent/Complainant above name in Crime No.309 of 2022. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SRIKANTH S, Advocate for the petitioners and M/S.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.20588 of 2022, dated 21.11.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the said submissions and nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.20588 of 2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police once in a month i.e., on first Saturday of every month at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
