ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner's lands were acquired. The competent authority also paid compensation amount. The amount determined by the competent authority is not acceptable by the petitioner. He seeks enhancement. The petitioner has filed a petition under Section 3(G) of the National Highways Act, 1956 before the first respondent.

3. The first respondent is directed to pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
