This petition is filed to direct the 3rd respondent herein to hold a meeting by calling upon the respondents 6 to 13 and further direct him to schedule the guidelines for enabling the people concerned in so far as the conduct of Moharam Festival at Eruvadi, Tirunelveli District in future.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the State.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the prayer sought for has become infructuous.

4. In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
