O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent Police not to interfere in the civil dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 4 to 6.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that in order to grab the property of the petitioner, the fourth respondent has created a forged document and the respondents 3 and 4 have approached the second respondent to evict the petitioner from the house. The second respondent, without considering the factual aspects, is frequently sending the Police personnel to evict the petitioner from the house. Hence, this Petition has been filed.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent Nos.1 and 2 Police submits that based on the complaint given by the private respondents, enquiry was conducted and it was closed. 2/4

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents Police, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
